The Eko Ranger series of guitars was incredibly popular in the second half of the 1960s and through the 1970s, selling in very large numbers. The Ranger Folk was 1 1/4' smaller, and 1' shallower than the Ranger VI and XII - and with a narrower waist. Not a bad guitar; a little quiet, but pretty playable. It's a real shame that this EKO ranger was obviously dropped at some point - but the chips and crack don't seem to penetrate the wood - just the super thick finish. Still a good deal for an old EKO Ranger with a nice hard case. There are lots of very large pics on the listing if you link through to it.
